Steve Rogers Mr. Rogers is the President and CEO of Digital Evidence International Incorporated and is responsible for the overall management and productivity of DEI in delivering its services that include computer forensics, electronic discovery and internet investigations. Mr. Rogers' experience includes 24 years in the RCMP having served in Manitoba, Northwest Territories and Ontario completing his last six years as the Staff Sergeant in charge of the RCMP "O" Division Technological Crime Unit - Computer Forensics. He has conducted computer forensics examinations for a large number of criminal and civil matters ranging from theft of intellectual property, bankruptcy and insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, trademark and copyright investigations, homicide, international drug smuggling, counterfeit and fraud since 1995. Mr. Rogers has given evidence many times in criminal prosecutions and civil proceedings including opinion evidence relating to computerized records. unprecedented in Canada and includes creating a proprietary Integrated
Case Management (ICMTM) database with cutting-edge technology that provides
his team and DEI's clients with the capabilities to conduct large scale
assignments that involve many unidentified subjects of interest. |
