"UK Developments in Cybercrime Prevention". This presentation will examine current initiatives for Cybercrime prevention in the UK. The impact of the merger of the National High Tech Crime Unit into the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) will be discussed together with current thinking on Cybercrime strategy for the UK.
The focus of the presentation will be on two initiatives that are likely to form major components of that strategy and the issues involved. These are the National e-Crime Unit (NeCU) and the National e-Crime Prevention Centre (NeCPC) www.necpc.org.uk
